FOUNDER'S NOTE
Families often come to us with far more information than answers.
There may already be diagnoses, evaluations, medications, therapies, genetic results, laboratory findings and years of observations. Each may provide an important piece of the picture, but too often those pieces remain separated.
Precision Neurobiology was created around a different question: What can we understand when we look at the individual as a whole?
PNB Clinical brings together advanced assessment of brain function and networks with genetics, biological findings, clinical history and the individual's real-world presentation. The goal is not more testing for the sake of testing. It is to identify which information is meaningful, understand how the pieces may relate to one another, and use that understanding to make more individualized decisions.
Just as importantly, I believe sophisticated evaluation should be accessible to ordinary families. PNB has been deliberately built to reduce unnecessary overhead, avoid large required treatment packages, and provide different levels of care depending upon what an individual actually needs.

Families should know the cost of care before committing to it.
Advanced EEG acquisition and quantitative analysis, including surface findings, source localization, functional connectivity/network analysis, individualized clinical interpretation, written findings and feedback consultation.
Includes whole genome sequencing and PNB clinical integration of relevant genomic findings within the individual's broader presentation.
For individuals who already possess appropriate comprehensive genomic data. Suitable existing data can be integrated without requiring another sequencing test.
Accessible blood-based biomarker testing with PNB clinical interpretation and integration. Pricing is being established.
Approximately 30-minute appointments. When neurofeedback is clinically indicated, treatment is typically recommended three times per week. Sessions are paid individually. No prepaid treatment package is required.
PNB does not require every patient to complete qEEG, genetics, laboratory testing and neurofeedback. Services are selected according to the individual's presentation and the information likely to be clinically useful.
CARE BEYOND THE CLINIC
A PNB Clinical evaluation may identify appropriate lower-cost or home-based options rather than automatically leading to ongoing in-office treatment.
When appropriate, individuals may be able to continue brain-based training at home through PNB Cortex.
